Many times during the course of the book development, I asked myself what in the world was I thinking. I should write a book with three different plug-in APIs and platforms? Really? In reality, I have very legitimate ulterior motives: to show the three APIs side-by-side in order to demonstrate just how similar they really are despite all the differences in implementation details.
