Getting Started

In Chapter 1 you learned a little about the basic purpose of InfoPath and got a small glimpse of the features available in this form tool. Now it’s time to start digging in. In this chapter, you will learn about the basics of designing an InfoPath form. We will talk about the various ways to create forms as well as the common features you will use in most forms. In the next few chapters, you will learn about more advanced form design concepts, such as data binding and advanced controls.
