Chapter 2Designing Your App

App design is very different from desktop design. To begin with, you have a much smaller screen (between 3.5 inches and 5 inches), and the primary controller is a finger. The approach to designing a mobile app, however, is not different. We still use paper and pen to sketch out designs and then move to illustration tools to mock-up designs.
