Nathan Eckel, an adjunct professor of instructional design and online collaboration at LaSalle University, increases corporate and individual performance by empowering subject matter experts (SMEs) with basic design strategies. His experiences in the healthcare, defense, pharmaceutical, and software industries have shaped his perspective on organizational effectiveness. Eckel has presented at ASTD’s Leadership Conference, Bloomsburg University’s Corporate Advisory Council, LaSalle University’s Lunchtime Learning series, and local special interest groups.
