A platform is your version of a local newspaper or radio station. Just as the owner of a small-town department store or grocery store gains a competitive advantage by owning a local newspaper or radio station, helping the owner to keep in touch with customers, your platform provides a similar way to inform your clients and prospects about the value of buying from you.
