Sharing Text Styles Among Documents

The ability to share text styles among documents is one of the most important options available in Publisher. Once you have fine-tuned your text formatting decisions for the major elements of page architecture and saved your decisions as text styles, you can reuse the text styles in other publications.

The ability to share text styles from publication to publication makes it easy to project a consistent image throughout all of your firm’s, or your client’s, marketing materials.

To add a previously created text style to a new publication, follow these steps:
