Recommended Reading on General Programming

This book mirrors my philosophy of being introspective and always looking to see how I can improve myself and my work:

• Hunt, A., Thomas, D., The Pragmatic Programmer: From Journeyman to Master, Reading, Mass.: Addison-Wesley, 2000. This is one of those lovely books that I read a few pages of each day. When I come across things I already do, I take the opportunity to acknowledge myself. When I find things I'm not doing, I take the opportunity to learn.
