25.2. Onwards and Upwards

Throughout this book you have seen a variety of patterns, practices, and principles for production-ready software development. This book hasn't covered every single topic, nor has it gone into the nth level of detail, so there will be more to learn and apply. Each chapter has summarized the key points to take away from it and it is up to you to decide what you want to use on your own projects and include in your own solutions. Every project is different and you will need to consider and plan for how you incorporate the points you take away.

You need to think about what you are doing, who you are doing it for, and why you are doing it. The art of software design, development, and implementation lies in your hands. The better you are at it and the more you understand, the better your solutions will be.
