Installing Packages into the Delphi IDE

If you have a VCL component that you want to install into the Delphi IDE, it is a matter of selecting Component, Install VCL Component. This will allow you to add the component unit to a new or existing package assembly and install that assembly into the IDE, thereby making it available on the component palette.
