The survival of Britain has for centuries depended on the strength of its navy. The British navy has known a lot of glorious moments over the course of its history including the battles with the Spanish Armada, Sir Francis Drake’s successful raids on the Spanish colonies, and the victorious duels between the dreaded German battleship Bismarck and a squadron of several English ships.
