In a death march project, virtually all of the critical resources—time, personnel, money, computer workstations, and even office space—are in short supply. Many of the these resources are limited only because of political decisions, and those decisions can be changed: If key stakeholders decide that it's important enough, more people can be assigned to the project, more money can be budgeted, and civilized working quarters can be found.
