WILL POWER

When Casey arrived on Monday, there was a note on his desk from Gia.

Will Petersen called. I set up an interview for three o'clock this afternoon.

Casey immediately walked to Gia's cubicle, and asked to see Will's résumé.

"He's going to e-mail it to me in a few minutes. I'll give you a copy as soon as I get it."

Casey thanked her, turned to leave, and then caught himself. "Oh, I haven't seen Will in years. What's he like?"

"You mean on the phone?"

Casey nodded.

"He was nice. In fact, he was really nice. I can't wait to meet him."

Casey spent most of the day holed up in a conference room with Sophia, Connor, and members of their staffs talking about competitive positioning and branding. Before he knew it, Gia was standing ...
