DB2 Installation

To install DB2 for Windows, perform the following steps:

Insert CD-ROM.
If the installation does not automatically start, use the file manager to execute X:\SETUP.EXE (where X is the drive letter of your CD drive).

If you are installing on a Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 workstation, you must be an administrator. This username must belong to the Administrators group and must comply with SQL naming standards.
