LCD Monitor Displays

Lacking an optical viewfinder or internal electronic viewfinder, the EOS M uses the generously expansive three-inch color LCD to show you everything you need to see, from images to a collection of informational data displays. This section will provide an overview of these displays, the information they contain, and how to access them.

Shooting Settings Displays

When shooting images in live view mode in one of the Creative Zone modes, any of four different display modes will be shown on the screen, as described next. (Slightly different screens appear in Scene Intelligent Auto and Basic Zone modes. To cycle among the four versions, keep pressing the INFO button.)
