Conducting the Analysis

There are three steps in the analysis process: reviewing the way data is collected, reviewing the manner in which information is presented, and conducting interviews with users and management.

It will be necessary for you to speak to various people in the organization as you conduct the first two steps in this process. Be sure your conversations relate purely to the reviews at hand. You'll have the opportunity to ask them other in-depth questions later. Keep in mind that these reviews are an integral part of your preparation for the interviews that will follow. Indeed, these reviews help you determine the types of questions you'll need to ask in subsequent interviews.
