The investment in data and analytics in the corporate debt markets has been large. Some of the initial investments have just been put in place to track the complex and ever-changing data on the terms of each security cross-referenced with some of the details of each issuer. However, more and more, the analytics that are required involve detailed data that combines traditional bond and equity information and often ties in macroeconomic scenarios as well.
