The Basics
This section could probably just include the following declarative sentences:
• Target your goal for the project and communicate it.
• Communicate thoroughly with everyone on the project.
• Document the process.
• Discuss the results, decide on an action plan based on the results, and communicate it.
Notice that the word communicate is the most used word in that short list, and the lack of communication often makes these projects very inefficient.
