Abstract

When it comes to cyber warfare, the physical and the logical realms are closely linked. Logical systems, such as software and applications, depend on the physical systems and infrastructure on which they run. In fact, changes to the physical components can profoundly affect the logical components, and vice versa, with one sometimes rendering the other useless.
