About the Author
Robert Bartz is a technical trainer and computer networking consultant. He is a graduate of California State University Long Beach, School of Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Prior to becoming a computer networking engineer and trainer, Robert was employed as an aerospace test engineer working with radar systems and satellite communications.
