Overview

The employee’s decision of whether to Stay or Leave the workplace often takes place when an employee reassesses her relationship with the workplace after a period of engagement decline. Like the Critical Incident that we discussed previously, the employee’s decision to Stay or Leave is not a step in the Engagement “I” Path, but is rather a turning point that will mark the path the employee will follow.
