Summary

In the first chapter we looked at purpose – the fundamental of why your organization exists. This chapter has been much more about how your organization behaves – looking at how the brain, how the operating system makes decisions.

As more businesses around the world shift these two building blocks – their fundamental ‘why’ and their ‘how’ – so does the whole fabric of business change bit by bit. I think that is pretty cool.

Indeed, if we as a community of progressive business people do only two things, it is these two that will drive the biggest changes. By doing so, we will participate in organizations creating results full of meaning, operating with methods full of engagement.
