Wm. Arthur Conklin, Ph.D. (Houston, TX), is an associate professor in the College of Technology at the University of Houston and director of the Center for Information Security Research and Education. Dr. Conklin has terminal degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School in electrical engineering and The University of Texas at San Antonio in business administration. He is a fellow of Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and holds Security+, CISSP, CSSLP, CRISC, DFCP, IAM, and IEM certifications.
