ISM's CRM Software Testing Laboratory is witnessing a definite movement among CRM software vendors towards thin client applications, while continuing to retain support for thick client products. Over the last few years, CRM software vendors have had to come up with new architectures to accommodate increased Internet traffic and other related demands.
