Preparation means that you and/or your systems implementers need to create the following:

  • A financial plan that demonstrates commitment to the required financial resources for personnel, equipment, and integration activities.

  • A clear project methodology to ensure that the project stays on track and within budget. There is no one best project methodology, but use of one is non-negotiable.

  • An implementation plan for your project that lays out each To-do step, assigns responsibility as well as a date for each To-do item, and provides milestone checks for each To-do item.
