Carefully Select Your Superuser Group
You should ensure that your initiative is supported from the beginning by a project leader who coordinates all aspects of project design and implementation. In addition to the project leader, your initiative should be supported by a group of “superusers”: members from sales, sales management, marketing, customer service, and top management whose role is to represent the voice of the user. Your superuser group should consist of representative individuals who are among the best in their respective job functions (i.e., leaders) and who are not afraid of computers. While it is not essential that these individuals be computer literate, it does help.
