Graphical Workflow Mapping Tools
Graphical workflow tools allow you to quickly create a business process workflow, and instruct the CRM program to automate the workflow. Most CRM vendors have been very slow to develop graphical workflow, business rules, and scripting tools. It is not that the technology has not been there; in fact, some CRM vendors (e.g., Pivotal) and CTI vendors have been developing dynamic graphical tools for years. Over the last year, we have seen a movement towards more graphical tools and we expect that more CRM vendors will begin to release these tools over the next year. The better products will have the ability to work in both graphical and programming/scripting modes.
