Speed Is of the Essence

A few years ago, a large, global insurance company that often taps us to represent its policyholders in crises contacted us on behalf of one of its clients, a national hotel chain.

We are one of a small handful of crisis management firms on this insurance company’s crisis panel. Some of its policyholders have a crisis rider that allows them immediate access to a crisis firm, without having to take valuable time to sign contracts. This gives us the opportunity to hit the ground running in the event of a crisis with any of the insurance company’s policyholders.
