From Sustaining to Dependence

Credible leaders look on the bright side. They are optimistic and full of hope. Credible leaders go forth with love and courage. They arouse positive images and cause positive action. Credible leaders inspire others with their willingness to suffer first. They seek and give support and recognition that enables others to excel.

But too much optimism and positivity can lead to dependence on the leader's energy and enthusiasm to move things forward.
