Stay in Touch

As we've said repeatedly, leadership is a relationship. To remain strong the relationship has to be nurtured. You can't do that from a distance, and you can't do that every once in a while. You have to stay in touch, and you have to stay in touch often. You have to do it with family and friends, and you have to do it with constituents.
