About the Author
Casey Clabough, PhD, is the English graduate director at Lynchburg College in Virginia, where he teaches courses in creative writing and literature. He is the editor of the James Dickey Review, which author Pat Conroy proclaims “has become a unique southern literary institution under Clabough’s expert guidance.” Casey is the author of 11 books, including The Warrior’s Path: Reflections Along an Ancient Route and SCHOOLED: Life Lessons of a College Professor (both creative nonfiction), as well as Confederado: A Novel of the Americas. He has won numerous awards and fellowships, including the Bangladesh International Literary Award.
