Eric Beaudan is the Global Practice Leader for Leadership Assessment at Odgers Berndtson, one of the world’s top executive search firms. He developed the LeaderFit™ method which is used to assess executives in the private and public sectors.
Eric started his consulting career with Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson) in Toronto and Ottawa, and was a Principal with Healthy Companies International in Washington DC. He also headed the Organization Development function for Rogers Communications Inc. and Bank of Montréal, both in Toronto.
