The Songwriter

Time limit: 12 minutes

Songwriting is a difficult medium. There is much to consider, from cadence and rhyme to emotion and message. When you remove some of those limitations, though, songwriting becomes much easier. Let’s practice that today.

First, go online or open a book or magazine to a random page and find a random sentence. The sentence can be anything but it will help if you find something short.
