When a finely-tuned instrument is played by a master musician, the result can be breath-taking. When a poorly-tuned instrument is played by anyone, the result is bad breath-taking. When an instrument that is made of office supplies and discarded junk then played in a manner that is anything but musical, the result is, well, disturbing.
