5.1. Creating a Graphical Skin with Flash
Flash is an application that allows you to create graphics that can be animated to create highly interactive experiences. Creating skins for your Flex components is not a hard task. The method you use will depend on whether you have Flash CS3 or Flash 8. In both cases, you can use the Skin Import Wizard in Flex 3. This wizard helps automate an otherwise manual process of creating the required CSS rules and embed statements for your Flex component skins.
