The Collaborative Value Mindset

Equipped with our new understanding of sources and types of collaborative value, we now examine the important issue of how business and nonprofit partners think about creating value through collaboration. The partners’ mental frameworks fundamentally shape the collaborative co-creation of value. An underlying primary conditioning factor for co-creating value is the mindset that the business and the nonprofit hold regarding value and collaboration.
