Leadership Basics

There is nothing worse than going into a leadership development class sponsored by your employer where the trainer either states or implies that they have knowledge or understanding of how you should best lead. They share the top 10 things all great leaders do and teach to a set of core competencies that someone else developed, someone who may or may not work in your unique environment. The end of the class leaves you feeling inadequate and frustrated at best.
