CHARTER A concise written description of the team’s intended work. The charter may contain the name of the sponsor, a timetable, a description of deliverables and benefits to the company, and a budget.
COACHING A two-way activity in which the parties share knowledge and experience in order to maximize a team member’s potential and help him or her achieve agreed-upon goals.
CONVERGENT THINKING A mode of thinking that evaluates ideas to determine which are genuinely novel and worth pursuing. It channels the results of divergent thinking into a concrete proposal for action.
