About the Subject Adviser

JEFFREY T. POLZER is an associate professor of organizational behavior at Harvard Business School (HBS). His research investigates a variety of factors that improve team performance. He also studies how group affiliations affect people’s decisions, perceptions, and social interactions, especially in diverse work teams. Professor Polzer has published his work in a variety of top management journals and was recognized by the Academy of Management for writing the top article on organizational behavior in 2002.
