Use a Toolbar
Excel has a number of toolbars with buttons you can click to access commands quickly.
In Excel for Windows, two toolbars appear automatically: the Standard toolbar and the Formatting toolbar.
In Excel for Mac OS, one toolbar and a palette appear automatically: the Standard toolbar and the Formatting Palette.
You can point to a button to see what it's for.
