Choose from a Menu
A menu is a list of commands that can be accessed from the menu bar at the top of the program window (Windows) or screen (Mac OS).
A submenu is a menu that pops out of another menu when you select it.
A contextual menu appears when you right-click something (Windows) or hold down the Control key while clicking something (Mac OS).
To choose a submenu command, display the submenu and click the command.
