About The Authors

JEFF SAPERSTEIN is a well-respected marketing instructor, writer, and consultant to government, product, and service companies and NGOs. He has extensive contacts with Silicon Valley companies and business associations, and hosts tours for MBA students to meet with Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and multinational company executives.

He is the coauthor of How to Be a More Effective Account Manager (with Len Gross and John Stirling, Kentwood Publications, 1989), and Practical Approaches to Impromptu Speaking (with Frederick Isaacson, Kendall-Hunt, 1988). Jeff has written marketing columns for the San Francisco Business Times and the San Jose Business Journal.
