Resolve to Resolve All Conflict
On the outside chance you just arrived on planet Earth, here’s an important news flash: People disagree about many things on a regular basis.
Okay, now that everyone is up to speed on that, let’s talk about how to deal with disagreements, so we can have passion-driven teams. There are good ways and not-so-good ways to resolve conflict, but one thing is for sure: How we deal with disagreement and conflict either contributes to or takes away from a team’s level of commitment and passion.
Before we get too far, some definitions are in order:
Disagreement: A difference of opinion.
Tension: A state of mental or emotional strain.
Conflict: An open clash between two opposing forces.
