Appendix 1: A Tool for Measuring Organizational Soul Health

The items on this short assessment represent what a soulful organization looks like. It is a list of the norms you would find in a healthy, innovative, productive environment. As such, the tool serves two purposes: 1) to educate people on the elements of organizational soul, and 2) to establish a baseline to assess where you are and where you want to be. After working together to craft a constructive corporate culture, people in your organization should be able to say that they see these behaviors demonstrated every day.
