What Next?
We covered what to do immediately after a self-selection event and how to kick off the new squads in a way that will give them the best possible chance of success. We made a case for establishing your squads as quickly as possible and for being transparent with the squad start dates. We also left you with some warnings of what not to do. In the next chapter we share key insights into people’s behavior and experiences during self-selection.
