Step 10: Wrap Up
Ideally after a few of rounds of self-selection you will have populated your new squads. Hopefully everyone has had a positive experience.
End your self-selection event by thanking people for their time and effort and by congratulating them on the results. Explain to everyone that you will document who is in which of the newly formed squads and that you’ll be in touch about what’s going to happen next. Let everyone know when they can expect the new squads to start.
Remember to take pictures of every squad diagram, including check marks of completeness and a record of any problems that remain to be solved. You’ll need them to inform not only everyone who participated but also anyone who didn’t participate in the event but is interested ...
