Program Administration

The Mentoring Partnership Program requires a formal structure led by a dedicated midlevel manager to direct the operation and cultivate the mentoring partnership team community. As with any new project, a proposal must be submitted and commitment gained from key stakeholders. If possible, a group meeting with identified stakeholders should be scheduled for a marketing presentation, to answer questions, and to ask for approval and support. The proposal writer then determines which decision makers need to review and authorize the mentoring partnership program.
