Acknowledgments

When Create Marketplace Disruption was nothing more than a set of concerns about how we manage, Mark Youngblood was my confidant and contributor for taking rough ideas and helping craft them into a cohesive set of thoughts. I thank him for his early contributions and conviction that this project was worth pursuing.

Alan Weyl and Charles Searight contributed extensively to many of the most valuable concepts underlying Create Marketplace Disruption. Neither tired of pursuing solid foundations for the concepts or contributing extensive insights while challenging the ideas. Both were lighthouses providing direction to my efforts.

For their considerable assistance on my journey, I acknowledge and thank all three.
