Instructions: Use the Multiple-Choice Question Stem Template to help you get each question started.
Steps:
1. Determine whether the level of each multiple-choice question should be lower or higher.
2. Use one of the applicable stem templates to start the question part of the multiple-choice question.
3. Add other stem templates in the blank spaces as they occur to you, so you can call upon them when developing future multiple-choice questions.
