Battery Pull / Hard Reset

The first step in troubleshooting a network, software, or hardware error (as typically seen with a constantly spinning Hourglass icon or an ever-present Timer icon on the screen) is often to perform a hard reset. To do this, remove the battery while the device is still powered on, wait 30 seconds, and then reinsert the battery.

BB, 'Berry
