Testing of High-Efficiency Coating Materials and Their Efficiency

Abstract

High-efficiency coatings are tested to establish that they are really efficient in protecting the substrate from corrosion. The properties that make these coatings efficient are identified and tested using internationally established processes and values. The quality control of coating material manufacturing, surface preparation, and application methods contributes to the coatings’ higher levels of performance in challenging environments.
